HOW TO BE A GOOD CLIENT.

HOW TO BE A GOOD CLIENT.

  1. Show up on time.

  2. Please come prepared to talk about the haircut you want. Useful information includes, but is not limited to: things your hair does that you like and don’t like, the level of effort you’re willing to put in on a day to day basis, pictures of haircuts and hairstyles you like, and so forth.

  3. Don’t move the barber chair.

  4. Don’t move your head suddenly as a service is being performed.

  5. Please stop moving your head and sit up straight.

  6. Please sit up straight ( I am in fact repeating for emphasis).

  7. Mind your smells.

  8. If you are to cancel, please be straight forward.

  9. The barber studio is not your home. Keep your shoes on and remember you are in a public place.

  10. The things inside the studio are, in fact, not yours. They are all my personal effects. Please be respectful. Treat it all with care.

  11. If you break it, you are responsible to replace it.

  12. If something needs to be adjusted after you’ve left the shop you should be communicative within 36 hours of leaving, otherwise no.

  13. Do not be upset if you did not read the rules and policies before booking an appointment.

  14. The barber will try their best to rid you of any excess, loose hair after your service is completed. If that is not enough please don’t use the common bathroom to wash yourself. Just go home.
